TL;DR

Principal Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductors): Aligning and optimizing small-signal MOSFET design and fabrication processes to deliver higher-efficiency solutions, with an accent on process integration across 200mm/300mm platforms and complex module interactions. Focus on executing major process development and integration work, planning and running DOE, and supporting qualification and crisis management (yield issues/excursions) with independent ownership.

What you will do

  • Develop technologies for 200mm and 300mm platforms and collaborate with third-party vendors/fabs.
  • Execute major process development/integration tasks and build product and process integration knowledge.
  • Lead process development/integration sub-projects on complex projects.
  • Support qualification of new process and product developments, including substrate and epi processes.
  • Plan DOE, execute experiments, and present reports with conclusions.
  • Act as a technical mentor and support technical crisis management (yield issues, excursions in fab).

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Semiconductor Device Physics or Semiconductor Technology, and/or Microelectronics.
  • Minimum 5 years of semiconductor fab experience in Process Integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Trench MOS across low-voltage (30/40/60V) and high-voltage (80/100V) platforms.
  • Thorough knowledge of key modules: Mask, Etch, PVD, CVD, Diffusion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%.
