What you will do
- Lead and manage cost reduction programs for Wavelogic optical products to ensure strategic alignment.
- Develop and maintain program status, deliverables, and timelines to achieve measurable cost savings.
- Establish metrics to track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, cost savings, and ROI to senior leadership.
- Collaborate across Procurement, PLM, Design, Supply Chain, and Finance departments.
- Deliver multi-year cost trajectory roadmaps to support quarterly standards reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or business.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in electro-optical and mechanical telecom products and associated supply chains.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to synthesize information concisely.
- Availability to travel 5–10% of the time.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation.
- Familiarity with ’s Wavelogic portfolio and telecommunications industry.
- Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, and financial forecasting.
