What you will do

• Perform technical research and document accounting positions for complex transactions.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SOX requirements.
• Review and implement new accounting pronouncements.
• Assist with external financial reporting, disclosures, and flux analysis.
• Provide accounting guidance to cross-functional business partners.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors.

Requirements

• CPA license required.
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting or public companies.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage cross-functional relationships and audit inquiries.
