Location: Must be based in Stockholm (Hybrid work model available).

What you will do
- Lead and develop analytical capabilities within Property underwriting for large industrial clients.
- Analyze portfolio performance, profitability drivers, and emerging risks to support underwriting decisions.
- Develop and improve analytical tools and decision support frameworks.
- Provide a holistic view of client risk profiles and portfolio profitability.
- Act as a quantitative sparring partner for underwriters and Heads of Line of Business.
- Coach and support less experienced analysts to raise team standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in analytics related to Property underwriting for large corporate/industrial clients.
- Solid understanding of insurance financials, pricing principles, and portfolio profitability.
- Proven ability to structure complex data and translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Experience acting as a senior analytical sparring partner to business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
- Working language is English.
Nice to have
- Advanced skills in SQL, Excel, Python, R, or Power BI.
- Experience working with complex or imperfect data structures.
- Knowledge of a Nordic language.
