What you will do

• Design, develop, and document test scenarios and cases for product offerings.
• Implement and maintain test coverage for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams including developers, UX designers, and product managers.
• Analyze, track, and document bugs and customer-reported issues.
• Participate in test execution and contribute to QA process improvements.
• Support senior team members with daily testing activities.

Requirements

• Must be a student enrolled in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant program.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying effective test scenarios.
• Ability to troubleshoot, isolate issues, and log defects.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C# preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with C# and Playwright.
• Familiarity with Jira, Visual Studio, and Team Foundation Server.
• Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP) and the OSI model.
