What you will do

• Operate assembly, cleaning, and baking equipment for PCB production.
• Perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware following SOPs and assembly drawings.
• Apply adhesives and conformal coatings to electronic components.
• Conduct prototype assembly work under engineering control.
• Inspect and rework components according to established quality criteria.
• Manage production documentation and transact work orders via the ERP system.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Carrigaline, Ireland.
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in assembly functions.
• Proven track record of commitment to quality and production goals.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
• Ability to follow formal assembly procedures and safety protocols.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IPC7711/IPC7721 and IPC J-Standard.
