What you will do

• Develop API-based ingestion frameworks and event-streaming solutions.
• Build and optimize real-time and batch data pipelines for large-scale processing.
• Support emerging AI technologies including embeddings, vector databases, and RAG.
• Partner with data engineering, BI, and AI teams to ensure data reliability and governance.
• Integrate AI-driven applications into enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Nova Scotia, Canada
• Strong experience with cloud data platforms and distributed data processing.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL development.
• Understanding of modern data architecture patterns.
• Experience with cloud environments like OCI, AWS, or GCP.
• Exposure to MLOps concepts and AI/ML operationalization.
