Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 base; $93,000 - $100,000 on-target earnings

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of nonprofit clients and act as the primary sales point of contact.
- Meet revenue targets by driving renewals, cross-sells, and upsells within the install base.
- Build strategic account plans to expand product utilization and increase customer ROI.
- Conduct consultative discovery and package solutions to improve donor acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
- Use usage data and insights to identify at-risk accounts and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services for smooth implementation.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success, or revenue roles.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations or selling into the nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills to translate client needs into solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for presentations, facilitation, and relationship building.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technology.
