Salary: $58,000 - $65,000 base; $93,000 - $100,000 on-target earnings

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of nonprofit clients and act as the primary sales point of contact.
  • Meet revenue targets by driving renewals, cross-sells, and upsells within the install base.
  • Build strategic account plans to expand product utilization and increase customer ROI.
  • Conduct consultative discovery and package solutions to improve donor acquisition, retention, and campaign performance.
  • Use usage data and insights to identify at-risk accounts and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services for smooth implementation.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in account management, B2B sales, customer success, or revenue roles.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations or selling into the nonprofit sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong consultative selling skills to translate client needs into solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations, facilitation, and relationship building.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales technology.
