What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation, AI-driven Amplify, and analytics implementation projects.
• Consult with staffing and recruiting clients on process and technology changes to improve business operations.
• Deploy and optimize AI-driven Digital Workers to automate recruiter workflows.
• Design and guide scalable, transformational workflow architectures.
• Configure and deliver advanced analytics dashboards to measure performance and business outcomes.
• Partner with internal teams, including Sales and Solution Owners, to ensure successful solution design and delivery.

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia (NSW).
• 4–7+ years of experience in complex SaaS implementation or the staffing industry.
• Strong expertise in automation, AI, or analytics solutions.
• Proven track record of executing, configuring, and optimizing complex business processes.
• Experience leading the implementation of business solutions within a defined architectural design.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CSP/ASA, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma.
• Comprehensive understanding of recruiter workflows and client fulfillment cycles.
• Experience with Change Management and User Adoption principles.
