Salary: $130,000–$190,000

What you will do

• Design and develop HIL test benches for full effector system integration.
• Integrate high-fidelity simulation models for flight dynamics, actuators, and sensors.
• Develop automated test suites and regression frameworks for software and firmware validation.
• Collaborate with GNC and systems engineers to define test plans and acceptance criteria.
• Debug complex hardware-software interactions using telemetry and logs.
• Maintain simulation infrastructure, real-time targets, and data acquisition systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in HIL testing or embedded systems integration
• Hands-on experience with HIL or SIL simulation environments
• Proficiency in real-time simulation platforms like dSPACE or NI VeriStand
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Engineering
• Experience with ROS or ROS 2
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink for control system modeling
• Experience with FPGA firmware or embedded Linux
• FAA Part 107 certification
