What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the entire sales cycle.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations, white-boarding sessions, and technical training.
- Design complex email and data security solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Manage proof-of-concept and production evaluations to validate security efficacy.
- Provide critical customer insights to Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Assist in professional services deployments and represent the company at industry seminars.
Requirements
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia.
- Proven experience in secure messaging, data security, or related cybersecurity fields.
- Solid understanding of enterprise email solutions including O365, Gmail, and Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as SMTP, LDAP, and HTTP.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
- Strong drive and enthusiasm for solving customer security challenges.
Nice to have
- Experience with security awareness education programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Cyber Security.
