TL;DR

Senior Director, APAC Sales (AI): Defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for AI-driven customer service solutions across the APAC region with an accent on building high-performing sales teams and driving pipeline growth. Focus on scaling regional operations, navigating complex multi-threaded deal cycles, and establishing market leadership in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Location: Must be based in Sydney, Australia. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the APAC go-to-market strategy in partnership with global leadership.
  • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team of second-line sales leaders across key APAC markets.
  • Own the regional revenue forecast and drive precision in pipeline generation and deal inspection.
  • Create scalable, repeatable regional sales plans and execution motions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on messaging and the customer journey.
  • Coach the team on navigating complex deal cycles and communicating value to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record of hiring and retaining high-performing sales teams in the APAC region.
  • Experience leading leaders in a second-line management capacity.
  • Deep understanding of APAC markets and experience building GTM strategies for the region.
  • Strong proficiency in outbound-led sales, forecasting, and methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership skills within matrixed, global organizations.
