What you will do

• Develop C++/Linux software components for Telematics, integrating 5G and V2X technologies.
• Create detailed component design documents based on customer and internal specifications.
• Perform root cause analysis, debugging using gdb, and implement effective fixes for delivered components.
• Implement and execute unit and system-level tests to ensure the highest software quality.
• Analyze and modify existing embedded software to add features, fix bugs, or port to new platforms.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to refine technical requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related IT specialization.
• 5+ years of proven experience with C++.
• Expertise in Linux and development of embedded applications.
• Strong knowledge of threading, socket communication, and inter-process communication.
• Proficiency in embedded operating systems and software development processes.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice to have

• Experience with TCP and UDP protocols.
• Proven experience with OTA/SW Update and Diagnosis.
• Knowledge of UML and Agile methods (SCRUM, SAFe).
• Security expertise including secure boot, TEE, OpenSSL, and cryptography.
• Deep understanding of the Linux Kernel.
