What you will do

• Identify and attract potential candidates using various sourcing methods and networking sites.
• Review and process job applications across multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Collaborate with recruiters to optimize sourcing strategies based on agreed metrics.
• Promote the employer brand and engage with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

• Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Japanese and English proficiency required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent administration.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proficiency in sourcing methods including Boolean search.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
