What you will do
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects.
- Generate value for potential customers and book product demonstration webinars and calls.
- Manage prospect expectations and overcome objections.
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities, and deals won.
- Develop skills necessary for promotion into a full closing role.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain, Czech Republic, Italy, or Austria.
- Fluent German and English required.
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in a software setting.
- Strong work ethic, humility, and hunger to learn.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives.
