Salary: 23,700 – 40,700 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Story, Localization, Quest, and Cinematic teams to achieve creative and technical goals.
• Write high-quality, optimized, and scalable C++ code.
• Build and maintain narrative content tools, including Screenplay Editor and Sequencer integration.
• Develop Dialogue Player systems for subtitles and voiceovers.
• Create and manage voicesets for open-world NPCs.
• Design pipelines for seamless synchronization between the engine and external tools.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the game industry.
• Strong C++ programming skills.
• Extensive professional experience with Unreal Engine.
• Ability to comprehend and work across complex codebases.
• Solid communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AA or AAA titles.
• Experience with Unreal Engine’s Sequencer.
• Knowledge of relational databases.
• Proficiency in C# or Python.
