What you will do

• Analyze and resolve production issues, particularly those affecting active hiring events.
• Collaborate closely with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and address support tickets.
• Monitor production systems and respond swiftly to performance degradation or alerts.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations that impact hiring event functionality.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to changes in system dependencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Django, Python, and React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, and SQL or MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with build and deployment processes.
• Experience with at least one of: Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Must be eligible for 100% Mexican Payroll.

Nice to have

• Product Management experience collaborating with GTM teams for prioritization.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Strong leadership skills for shepherding and onboarding other engineers.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and use data for strategic troubleshooting.
