What you will do

• Develop and execute market entry and expansion strategies for power distribution and new energy solutions.
• Build and manage relationships with local utilities, EPC contractors, government agencies, and energy companies.
• Identify and pursue large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.
• Coordinate with headquarters to manage sales, delivery, and project execution.
• Manage the full business lifecycle, including sales pipelines and customer relationship management.
• Represent the company locally to build brand presence and achieve revenue targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in overseas market development or international sales within power utilities or smart grid sectors.
• Chinese language proficiency required for coordination with headquarters.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build markets from early-stage (0→1).
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage operations independently.
