What you will do

• Originate and execute bespoke strategic partnership solutions, including separately managed “fund-of-one” mandates.
• Develop strategic partnership proposals and translate complex alternatives strategies into clear, compelling client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with investment teams to define portfolio construction approaches and articulate ABF / IGPC strategies to investors.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Controllers, and Tax to support execution.
• Respond to investor inquiries and support diligence across institutional and private wealth channels.
• Manage client portfolios, including performance monitoring and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 3–5 years for Senior Associate; 5–8+ years for Vice President.
• Relevant experience in Asset Management, Investment Banking, Structured Credit, or Private Credit.
• Familiarity with Asset-Based Finance (ABF) and/or Investment Grade Private Credit (IGPC).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting customized mandates, SMAs, or structured partnership solutions.
• Exposure to investor-facing roles, capital formation, or client coverage.
• Familiarity with portfolio construction across private credit or multi-asset alternatives.
