What you will do

• Actively search for qualified candidates using LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, and job boards.
• Screen CVs and manage the candidate pipeline within SmartRecruiters.
• Initiate first contact with cold candidates to generate interest.
• Conduct market analysis and data research to produce reports and presentations.
• Maintain and optimize internal candidate databases and reports.
• Draft and audit job descriptions according to corporate templates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience as a researcher within an IT company or recruitment agency.
• English proficiency level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Proven experience in international hiring.
• Proficiency with various sourcing and recruitment automation tools.
• Strong attention to detail and efficiency in search processes.
