What you will do
- Own senior customer relationships and end-to-end account strategy.
- Drive commercial outcomes, including renewals, expansion, and revenue targets.
- Lead the conversion of pilots into full-scale production deployments.
- Orchestrate cross-functional alignment across accounts and manage junior resources.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in New York, NY
- 4-8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise consulting, or customer success leadership.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, renewals, and expansion.
- Experience managing senior executive relationships in complex organizations.
- Experience leading pilot-to-production conversions in industrial or enterprise environments.

- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial AI.
