What you will do

• Prepare, edit, and maintain NERC compliance documentation including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, concise language for diverse stakeholders.
• Develop documentation outlines, content structures, and revision plans independently or collaboratively.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to ensure documentation accuracy and timeliness.
• Verify that documented processes accurately reflect actual practices and system behavior.
• Support the ENRA Compliance group in maintaining regulated systems and responding to audit findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Technical Communication, English, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of technical writing or documentation experience.
• Proficiency with Visio and process mapping.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
