What you will do

• Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, utility partners, and internal teams to support program participation and long-term engagement
• Own vendor onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement, ensuring vendors understand program requirements, tools, and processes
• Drive project advancement through proactive communication, coordination, and follow-up from opportunity through completion
• Support customers and vendors through the application process by removing barriers, resolving issues, and ensuring timely submissions
• Maintain project and program trackers/databases and ensure data accuracy and visibility across systems
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance program operations and scalability

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in energy efficiency programs, account management, customer success, outreach, or project coordination
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across vendors, clients, and internal teams
• Ability to move work forward through organization, follow-up, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with spreadsheets, program portals, or CRM-type systems
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
