What you will do

• Lead C++ software implementation for advanced embedded hardware and HW-accelerator-based environments.
• Drive technical execution of complex computer vision and ML-based systems for driver and cabin monitoring.
• Act as the primary technical authority for software architecture, design decisions, and implementation quality.
• Mentor engineers and elevate software engineering best practices, code quality, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with algorithm, system, and product teams to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions.
• Optimize software performance for real-time and resource-constrained embedded environments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience developing reliable C++ software for embedded, real-time, and performance-sensitive systems.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Software Architect, or senior hands-on technical authority.
• Strong expertise in modern C++, software architecture, multithreading, and system optimization.
• Experience developing software for Linux-based embedded environments.
• Must be based in or within commuting distance of Hod Hasharon, Israel for onsite collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with computer vision, AI, or ML products, including NVIDIA CUDA, TensorRT, or Qualcomm AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with automotive standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE.
• Knowledge of driver monitoring systems (DMS) or occupant monitoring systems (OMS).
• Experience integrating software with GPU, NPU, or TPU acceleration technologies.
