What you will do

• Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities through process redesign and resource optimization.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce process complexity.
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions and workflow automation to increase productivity at scale.
• Conduct deep financial and operational analyses to assess performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Platform Directors and IT teams to improve data quality and operational visibility.
• Monitor and report on ROI and efficiency gains from various improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or Economics.
• 7+ years of experience in financial operations, business transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of leading cost optimization or operational transformation projects.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience with business intelligence, reporting, or operational analytics tools.
