What you will do
- Develop and execute the annual sales strategy and plan for Marintec China, aligning with overall development goals.
- Decompose and monitor sales targets for booth sales and sponsorship revenue across the team.
- Manage high-level customer relationships through regular visits and strategic communication.
- Negotiate cooperation agreements, review contract terms for risk control, and manage accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to produce sales materials and execute on-site promotional activities.
- Analyze market dynamics and compile detailed sales and customer performance reports for senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Trade, Event Management, Maritime Studies, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, exhibitions, or key account management.
- Proven ability to independently achieve and lead a team to exceed sales targets.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in contract risk control.
- Must be based in Hong Kong and work in-person in the office five days a week.
- Experience in maritime or industrial exhibition sales is preferred.
