What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end pursuit process for strategic and high-priority opportunities.
• Facilitate go/no-go decision-making and develop winning pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate with technical experts to create compelling, client-focused submissions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform bid strategies and improve win rates.
• Coach, mentor, and develop members of the pursuits team.
• Drive continuous improvement across bid processes, tools, and governance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in bids, pursuits, or proposal management within professional services, property, or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading complex, strategic pursuits and major tender submissions.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and facilitate pursuit workshops.
• Previous people management or leadership experience.
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
