What you will do

  • Own and develop a portfolio of defence and government accounts in Denmark to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities for SitaWare and IRIS solutions across Danish Defence and government sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with the Danish Armed Forces, DALO, and industry partners.
  • Execute account plans, presentations, and negotiations in close collaboration with the VP Sales Nordics.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, exercises, and exhibitions to feed market insights back to product teams.

Requirements

  • Solid background in the Danish Defence sector (senior military role at captain/major level or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of Danish Defence structures, doctrine, stakeholders, and procurement processes.
  • Established network within the Danish Armed Forces and/or DALO.
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.
  • Must have lived in a NATO and/or EU country for the past seven years and be able to present a clean criminal record for security clearance.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40–60 days per year, primarily within Denmark.
