What you will do
- Manage relationships in a matrixed environment to drive partner performance and alignment.
- Reinforce and develop the sales and technical knowledge of the partner network.
- Create, negotiate, and track joint Action Plans with key partner accounts.
- Maintain and update the partner pipeline and account data within the CRM system.
- Ensure partner compliance with the ProPartner Program and drive upgrades in partner levels.
- Provide support for licensing and technical issues, assisting in the closure of qualified prospects.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs Degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
- Proven track record in sales and strategic partner or account management.
- Strong experience in business development and deal negotiation.
- Solid understanding of virtualization technologies, specifically VMware and Microsoft solution sets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
