Salary: $119,000 – $166,500

What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable services, APIs, and data models to support business-critical capabilities.
• Write clean, reliable, and well-tested code applying sound engineering principles and design patterns.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of features from technical design through deployment and iteration.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues via root cause analysis to improve system resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on product discovery, backlog prioritization, and data-driven decisions.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions and AI-driven workflows into real-world products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2+ years of related professional experience.
• Hands-on experience in designing system components, APIs, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and associated frameworks.
• Experience with the operational lifecycle of services, including monitoring, alerting, and deployment pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Full-stack proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React.
• Experience with LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, or conversational AI systems.
• Experience operating 4+ software projects in production environments under defined SLAs.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled development workflows and AI coding assistants.
