What you will do

  • Grow the merchant network by prospecting, pitching, and closing new businesses in the assigned territory.
  • Lead a field-first approach by visiting prospective merchants daily and attending local events.
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach and drop-ins to negotiation and closing.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly acquisition quotas and pipeline conversion targets.
  • Identify untapped local market opportunities that align with customer demand.
  • Maintain a disciplined pipeline and track performance metrics in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of outbound field sales experience.
  • Expertise in full-cycle sales methodology with emphasis on conversion optimization.
  • Strong B2B negotiation, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and OKRs in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be based in the Nashville area to facilitate high field activity.

  • Familiarity with local fitness, wellness, or spa industries.
  • Existing professional networks within the assigned territory.
