What you will do

  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify candidates and build talent pools for current and future needs.
  • Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to align sourcing strategies with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Monitor and analyze industry changes to maintain deep knowledge of key client organizations in target countries.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain data integrity and generate accurate client reporting and analytics.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in a recruitment function (in-house, agency, or on-site).
  • Expert-level proficiency in Boolean sourcing techniques and Google X-Ray search.
  • Strong proficiency in verbal and written business English.
  • Experience in end-to-end candidate management and competency-based telephone screening.
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
