What you will do

• Drive monetization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) to maintain market leadership.
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to identify non-obvious design solutions.
• Apply deep knowledge of customer psychology to create solutions that drive user loyalty.
• Optimize growth funnels and value positioning to convert free users into paying customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in world-class consumer products.
• Proven track record in enhancing monetization and boosting paid conversions.
• Proficiency in UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions.
• Strong skills in modern mobile app product design with a focus on monetization-friendly UX/UI.
• Experience in web-based CRO and growth funnel optimization.
