Salary: OTE $300,000 (50/50) + Competitive Equity Package

What you will do

• Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise accounts within assigned territories to drive predictable revenue growth.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles at both plant and corporate levels.
• Promote and sell the full suite of solutions including the hirify.global Platform, Threat Intelligence, and Professional Services.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Solution Architects, Marketing, and Executives to refine GTM strategy.
• Partner with OEMs and channel partners to amplify business opportunities.
• Execute predictable forecasting and pipeline management using MEDDPICC and Value Selling frameworks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity.
• Must be located in Texas.
• Deep exposure to the ICS/OT market, with oil & gas experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record of quota attainment in new ARR within complex accounts.
• Strong established relationships with C-level executives.
• Ability to translate technical threat intelligence and risk strategies into business value.
