What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial job scoping with hiring leaders to offer negotiation and candidate acceptance.
• Develop and deploy targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and source passive candidates using sophisticated Boolean search and deep web techniques.
• Conduct professional phone interviews and evaluate candidate fit based on skills assessments and cultural alignment.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates for active requisitions.
• Provide accurate reporting on recruiting activities and collaborate with leadership to resolve search difficulties.
• Ensure strict adherence to all compliance standards, including OFCCP regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of results-oriented recruiting experience specifically within the US market.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Proven expertise in employing deep web sourcing techniques and recruiting technologies to create efficiencies.
• Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise.
