What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy new software using Agile, XP, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Develop efficient, industry-standard code and perform debugging and enhancements for existing software.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and product owners to integrate software components into fully functional systems.
• Provide technical guidance to leadership and help drive the technical direction of the product.
• Participate in paired programming and code reviews to mentor junior engineers and expand team knowledge.
• Translate complex business ideas into user stories and workable technical solutions.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Java Full Stack Developer, or Programmer Analyst.
• Work authorization and presence in the United States (Detroit, MI and various other US sites) is required.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS, React, Node, and Spring MVC.
