What you will do

• Source and identify top-tier talent for GTM and revenue-driving roles using diverse channels.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess technical fit, problem-solving skills, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and design effective interview processes.
• Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Utilize data-driven insights to report on recruitment metrics and refine hiring strategies.
• Manage offer negotiations and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, with 1-3 years in an internal SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the U.S. (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
• Expertise in recruiting for technical roles including software engineering, product, and implementation.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
