What you will do

• Manage BAU compliance for IE-regulated entities, covering CASP and EMI requirements.
• Enhance and maintain the compliance framework, including policies, procedures, and reporting calendars.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to structure and launch compliant services and controls.
• Lead risk-based assurance monitoring and testing, driving pragmatic remediation with accountable owners.
• Support regulatory engagement, audits, and periodic reporting obligations for the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI).
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to ensure employee awareness of obligations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of second-line compliance experience in a regulated bank, crypto exchange, or payments firm.
• Strong knowledge of MiCAR, PSD2, and CPC requirements.
• Solid understanding of the crypto-asset regulatory framework.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze risk and apply sound judgment in a timely manner.
• Strong written and communication skills to translate regulatory expectations into practical controls.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
