Senior Product Designer (SaaS): Designing high-impact, intuitive user experiences for a youth sports communication platform with an accent on user research, prototyping, and design system maintenance. Location: Remote (Permanent US residents only). Excludes certain US states: AL, AK, DE, DC, HI, IA, LA, MS, NE, NM, RI, SD, WV.

Salary: From $130,000 (inclusive of base and bonus)

What you will do

• Design consistent and intuitive user experiences across platforms using market trends, customer feedback, and quantitative data.
• Conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes to guide the ideation process.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to refine requirements, validate designs, and iterate based on feedback.
• Shape, improve, and maintain the hirify.global design system.
• Collaborate with marketing designers to ensure brand consistency across all digital products.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality designs.

Requirements

• Must be a permanent US resident.
• 4+ years of experience as a product designer building digital products.
• Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Portfolio demonstrating the ability to turn vision into unique UX solutions with proven success metrics.
• Experience in web and app development (B2B and B2C experience is a bonus).
