What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve modern web applications and services using .NET and contemporary frontend frameworks.
• Lead technical design decisions and contribute to architecture for complex, business-critical systems.
• Own features end-to-end, from requirements and estimation through development, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers; advocate for modern engineering practices.
• Support production releases, act as a technical point of contact during deployments, and participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience building complex systems.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with React or Angular and ASP.NET Core (C#).
• Strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem (including ASP.NET Core); solid OOP design and software architecture principles.
• Experience with relational databases, advanced SQL, and performance optimization.
• Experience with distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
• Location: Remote within Austin, TX or Dallas, TX (strong preference for living in Austin or Dallas) and willingness to travel for at least one in-person interview.
