What you will do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment specifically for Product, Design, and Engineering roles.
  • Design and maintain a world-class candidate experience to ensure high-quality engagement.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and report hiring progress to business leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Sourcers to build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical positions.
  • Optimize the Talent Acquisition stack using tools like Greenhouse, BrightHire, and GoodTime.
  • Promote async hirify.global work and company values throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment within tech start-ups or fast-growing scale-ups.
  • Location: Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • English: Excellent spoken and written proficiency required.
  • Proven track record in high-pace hiring environments with a focus on deliverables.
  • Experience optimizing TA tools and adopting AI-powered recruiting technologies.
  • Strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and global hiring strategies.
