• Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to address customer needs.
• Advise customers on digital communication strategies and facilitate onboarding.
• Manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in the tech sector.
• Understanding of cloud computing and communications business models.
• Experience in technical solutions selling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for simplifying complex technical details.
• Must be based in Ireland.
