Location: Must be based in Levice, Slovakia (Hybrid: 2 days home office per week).

Salary: From €2,600/month.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary quality interface for Project Directors and customers.
• Develop quality strategies and manage QA/QC requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee inspections, quality control, and project documentation.
• Train project teams on quality systems, tools, and processes.
• Analyze quality issues and implement solutions using 8D, RCA, CAPA, Lean, and Six Sigma.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Project/Site Quality Management, specifically with welded constructions.
• Expertise in welding (IWE), NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT, VT), and corrosion protection (FROSIO).
• Knowledge of EN 12952, EN 13480, EN 1090, ASME BPVC, and relevant EU directives.
• Proficient in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of German or French.
