What you will do

• Perform online, batch, and data verification testing to ensure software is free from defects and meets organizational standards.
• Create complex test designs and analyze project requirements to identify and resolve system defects.
• Develop intricate test plans and cases in collaboration with stakeholders, business analysts, and developers.
• Recommend and implement design processes to increase efficiency and reliability using automation, load, and performance testing.
• Manage defect reports from identification through to resolution and closure.
• Maintain and administer procedures to ensure payment card industry (PCI) and security-related compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Proficiency with relational databases and IBM Rational tools.
• Strong knowledge of the bankcard industry.
• Must be based in or able to work in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• ISTQB Certification.
