What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic enterprise hospitality customers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and product adoption.
- Increase product usage and grow Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across the portfolio.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and create customer success plans.
- Analyze usage data and health scores to identify and mitigate risks early.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, adoption, expansion, renewals, churn).
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-level stakeholder structures and C-level engagement.
- Fluent business-level Dutch and English.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Ghent office.
