What you will do

• Lead university recruiting efforts to identify and hire interns and new graduates across technical and business functions.
• Build strategic relationships with universities, professors, career centers, and student organizations.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate technical needs into effective campus recruiting strategies.
• Represent the company at career fairs, technical competitions, and networking events.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern and co-op programs, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Analyze hiring trends and data to continuously improve recruiting programs and outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience hiring technical talent in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• 2+ years of experience designing and managing internship, co-op, or new graduate programs.
• Strong organizational, project management, and external communication skills.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting and program improvement.
• Willingness to travel seasonally for campus events and conferences.

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting for AI, robotics, autonomy, aerospace, or defense-related organizations.
• Existing relationships with top engineering schools and university programs.
• Familiarity with security clearance requirements and the defense technology ecosystem.
• Experience working in startup environments.
