What you will do

• Create novel interfaces for GenAI agents that manage complex workflows while maintaining human-in-the-loop transparency.
• Partner with product management and design to build intuitive, scalable, and extensible solutions.
• Lead hands-on full-stack development to create dynamic, user-centric experiences.
• Develop mechanisms for product-led growth, including seamless onboarding and sharing capabilities.
• Direct the future of intuitive agentic applications in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Establish best practices for building high-value AI products across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City, New York.
• 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go).
• Proven experience building and shipping end-to-end generative AI products with a significant UI/UX component.
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Demonstrated product mindset with the ability to build scrappy MVPs and iterate quickly based on data.
