What you will do
- Deliver end-to-end ML use cases, including recommendation systems, safety algorithms, and moderation models.
- Design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models while balancing delivery speed with system robustness.
- Drive improvements across the ML lifecycle by establishing KPIs and monitoring standards to track performance.
- Evolve the ML platform by developing tools, workflows, and reusable components.
- Take ownership of legacy models to retrain and integrate them into modern production pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, MLOps, and Product teams to align ML models with business objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ML/Data, specifically working with large-scale datasets (hundreds of gigabytes).
- Strong expertise in modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- High proficiency in Python and its data ecosystem.
- Practical experience with neural networks and LLM-based systems.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end ML system (data → training → deployment → monitoring).
- Must be based in France to accommodate the hybrid office requirement in Paris.
