What you will do
- Own new-logo enterprise growth across UK&I and EMEA, closing complex multi-site deals from discovery to signature.
- Build and manage your own pipeline through targeted prospecting, executive outreach, and coordinated campaigns.
- Sell to operational and executive buyers (COOs, VP Operations) using the language of uptime, OEE, and asset performance.
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales motions including business-case development, multi-threading, and negotiation.
- Create territory plans that prioritize high-value accounts, industries, and expansion opportunities across the region.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and GTM leadership to refine the EMEA market strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B software closing experience with a track record of owning full-cycle sales.
- Proven experience closing €250K–€1M+ ACV deals, ideally in multi-site or operationally complex environments.
- Strong hunter DNA with a history of sourcing and closing cold enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrials, energy, utilities, or logistics sectors.
- Comfort building territories from an early stage in new regions or startup environments.
- Must be based in the UK and available for regular travel across EMEA.
Nice to have
- Experience in CMMS, EAM, APM, IoT, or industrial SaaS.
- Familiarity with platforms like IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Hexagon, or Infor.
- Background working at a Series C/D or high-growth pre-IPO SaaS company.
- Fluency in German, French, Dutch, or Spanish.
