• Design, concept, and prototype high-quality core dashboard and product experiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of the hirify.global ecosystem and users to inform product direction.
• Deliver user-centered designs that evolve core surfaces and elevate the overall UX.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape strategy.
• Contribute to a strong culture of feedback and iteration through regular design reviews.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of relevant design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design skills and high-quality UI experiences.
• Experience partnering with product and engineering teams to drive product direction.
• Ability to work horizontally across product verticals and collaborate with company leadership.
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities, user needs, and business goals.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for B2B and/or fintech products.
